Houston Barber is a seasoned superintendent with 20+ years of experience in the academic sector. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for education management solutions, as well as for inciting positive organizational change programs, Barber has a verifiable history of contributing directly to student growth and institutional expansion throughout his career. He is the current Superintendent with Frankfort Independent Schools. Under his leadership, he is the liaison between board members, departmental teams, and fellow teammates in senior leadership to ensure the organization’s support structure is driving progress forward with minimal expenditures and a student- centered approach.
